The agreement between you and ThreadOptic.

1. The agreement
By creating a ThreadOptic account you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a brokerage, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
2. The service
ThreadOptic connects to a mailbox you control and produces summaries, lead flags and extracted contact details. It is an assistant, not a system of record, and it is not a substitute for reading messages that matter to you.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@threadoptic.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable use
- Only connect mailboxes you are authorised to access.
- Do not use ThreadOptic to process data you have no lawful basis to process.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or resell the service.
5. Trials, billing and cancellation
Pro includes a 14 day trial. A payment method is required to start it, but you will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged at all.
Monthly plans are charged each month in advance. Yearly plans are charged once for the full annual amount when the trial ends, covering the following 12 months, and renew annually at the same amount unless cancelled. Any monthly equivalent shown alongside a yearly price is for comparison only and is not the amount taken.
You can cancel at any time from settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not pro rate partial periods unless required by law.
Tax
Prices are shown excluding tax. VAT, GST or sales tax is added where applicable based on your billing country, and is shown before you confirm payment. Business customers in the EU who supply a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse charge procedure.
6. Accuracy
Summaries and lead flags are generated automatically and will sometimes be wrong. You remain responsible for reading and acting on your own mail. ThreadOptic is provided on an as is basis without warranty that it will catch every important message.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThreadOptic is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost business or missed opportunities. Our total liability in any twelve month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will give notice by email before it takes effect.
