Current openings
We do not have funded headcount open right now. Rather than list roles we cannot fill, we would rather say so and keep the door open.
If you work on inbox tooling, email parsing, or applied language models and you want to talk anyway, write to careers@threadoptic.com. We read everything and we reply, including when the answer is no.
What working here looks like
- Very few meetings, because there are very few of us.
- You will talk to agents directly. Everyone does support rotation.
- Shipping small and often, rather than quarterly launches.
What we would ask of you
A tolerance for unglamorous problems. Most of the work here is parsing badly formatted email, handling the fourteenth edge case in a date format, and making a summary read like a person wrote it. It is not a frontier research job.
